LITTLES SELF DEFENSE 6 WEEK SESSION
Our 6 session series is a chance for parents and littles, ages 4-6, to learn self defense fundamentals, the importance of fitness, and staying safe.
Working out with your child isn't just about fitness - it's about confidence, safety, and connection. We'll be teaching them simple self-defense techniques while you're getting your own workout in! You'll both build strength, coordination, and teamwork.

Each Session is 45-60 minutes long
